THE SPACE
This season we will be at the Atelier Vendôme, a prestigious venue right in the heart of Paris.
The venue has recently hosted brands like Loewe and Hermès, and will welcome another textile show right after ours, coinciding with Première Vision. We think you’ll love it as much as we do!
LOCATION
Although no longer in the Marais, it’s a direct trip on the metro line 1 and very close to the metro stop. A prime location, it’s just around the corner from the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, the Louvre, the legendary Galignani bookshop and surrounded by trendy shops and restaurants.
RECEPTION
At the reception area we will display maps and studio bios with one image with logo and stand number. We will always have someone at reception to hand out catalogs and help visitors find your stand location. Catalogs will feature maps and list all studio contact information.
TREND FORUMS
We will have several trend forums throughout the space courtesy of Pattern Curator, as well as display a selection of your prints grouped by themes, which has worked well to bring clients to exhibitor’s stands.

SETTING UP YOUR STAND
Everyone will have the possibility to hang a light fabric backdrop 200 cm wide and 250 cm long behind their stand. We are currently searching for sponsors and hope to be able to provide these for you, but nothing is confirmed at this date. Whatever the case, our team will be on hand to help you get set up.
We will have a few supplies for setup at the front desk, as well as emergency supplies such as aspirin, first aid kit, extra phone charger etc.
OUR CHAMPAGNE BAR
Beverages such as tea, coffee, water and champagne will be provided for clients at the show’s “Champagne Bar".
Coffee and tea is available to you as an exhibitor free of charge.
MIXER COCKTAIL
Upon popular demand a Meet & Greet Mixer will be held after closing our first day of the show Sunday between 18h -20h30, a great oportunity to catch up with old friends and a fabulous way to make new ones!
NEW DESIGNERS
New designers will be selected based on submitted pdf portfolio, website and/or instagram, please send to us by email after filling out your form at:

STAND PRICING
• 2000€ - 1 single stand including a 2,20m long table, 4 chairs and 1 bench to organize your prints behind you (above center)
• 2300€ - 1 extra wide stand, including 1 regular single stand + 1 rack on the side, to organize/exhibit your work
• 2500€ - 1 extra deep stand, including 1 regular single stand + 1 extra table or rack to organize your work behind you (above right)
• 3600€ - 1 corner stand with two tables and passage on 2 sides + 8 chairs
• 4000€ - 1 double stand, including 2 regular single stands side by side or 1 regular stand and 2 racks to organize/exhibit your work

PAYMENT TERMS
A minimum 50% deposit is requested immediately to confirm your registration. Payment can be made by credit card using Wise, a link from Zettle or by bank transfer.
