OUR SHOWROOM
Our show is held in the beautiful Atelier Richelieu, right up the street from the Louvre, in the heart of Paris. Housed in a chic 17th century hôtel particulier and an old printing atelier, is at a prime central location and has fabulous natural lighting.
The large and airy space offers plenty of natural ligtning and several storage spaces for luggage. It has air conditioning and heating, as well as an audio system for us to play low music. The space has ample wifi for everyone’s needs as well as outlets to charge your electronics.
LOCATION
L’Atelier Richelieu is located on 60, rue de Richelieu in Paris 2nd arrondissement and right up the street from the Louvre.
Conveniently located in the heart of Paris, our showroom at Atelier Richelieu is near the beautiful Galerie Vivienne and the trendy shops at Palais Royal, also home of the legendary vintage dealer Didier Ludot. Surrounded by cool shops and restaurants, our show is easily accessible from several métro stops and the RER B if you are coming straight from the airport.
RECEPTION
At the reception area we will display maps and studio bios with one image with logo and stand number. We will always have someone at reception to hand out catalogs and help visitors find your stand location. Catalogs will feature maps and list all studio contact information.
TREND FORUMS
We will have several small trend forums throughout the space courtesy of Pattern Curator, as well as display a selection of your prints grouped by themes, which has worked well to bring clients to exhibitor’s stands.

SETTING UP YOUR STAND
Everyone will have the possibility to hang a light fabric backdrop or poster behind their stand, size is max 200 cm wide and 250 cm long. Our team will be on hand to help you get set up.
We will have a few supplies for setup at the front desk, as well as emergency supplies such as aspirin, first aid kit, extra phone charger etc.
OUR CHAMPAGNE BAR
Beverages such as tea, coffee, water and champagne will be provided for clients at the show’s “Champagne Bar".
Coffee and tea is available to you as an exhibitor free of charge.
Upon popular demand a Meet & Greet Mixer will be held after closing our first day of the show Sunday June 30th between 18h -19h30, a great oportunity to catch up with old friends and a fabulous way to make new ones!

STAND PRICING
• 1750€ - 1 single stand including a 2,20m long table, 4 chairs and 1 bench to organize your prints behind you (above center)
• 2000€ - 1 extra wide stand, including 1 regular single stand + 1 rack on the side, to organize/exhibit your work
• 2200€ - 1 extra deep stand, including 1 regular single stand + 1 extra table or rack to organize your work behind you (above right)
• 2600€ - 1 corner stand with two tables and passage on 1 side and space for clients along 1 side
• 3200€ - 1 corner stand with two tables and passage on 2 sides
• 3400€ - 1 double stand, including 2 regular single stands side by side or 1 regular stand and 2 racks to organize/exhibit your work

PAYMENT TERMS
50% is due upon registration to reserve your spot and the rest is due no later than 1 month before the show. Late payment will affect stand placement.
